Whether you are a Snowbird or someone who travels extensively we can do periodic vessel wellness checks for your investment. We check dock line tie-up, bilge pump operation, water ingress, battery charging and so much more.

Sail and Canvas Installation and Removal

Do you need help with sails and or canvas? Did you forget to remove them before you left for the season? No worries, we've got you covered. Calling 3 days before a hurricane gets close is not the best idea. We remove, give them a look over, flake the sails nicely and store them down below in the cabin or in your house. 

Scheduled Maintenance Plans

No mechanical system has EVER FAILED because you took great care in having it maintained. From doing Engine oil and filter changes, fuel filter changes and coolant flush and fills, we will help keep your vessels mechanicals running properly. We offer several plans to suit your needs.

Maintenance and Repairs

Whether you have an immediate problem or a project you've been thinking about accomplishing, we can help solve the issue on a timely basis and within your budget. We are great problem solvers and think outside the box when needed. Years of sailboat experience and background in industrial mechanical field work works to your advantage.

Mast Maintenance and Repairs

We specialize in mast work and don't mind going aloft to work 60 feet up. It's an office with a view! We repair electrical issues and can usually run new wiring, VHF cables and instrument data lines without dropping the mast.  Changing a simple light bulb or replacement of the fixture, wind instruments is a common job for us. We can also complete more complex jobs like replacing masthead sheaves or bent spreaders by removing the mast in a local boat yard. We have connections with the local yards.

Mast Rigging Work

We are very experienced with rigging many types of manufacturer masts, booms and furling systems. If you are in need of a rigging inspection for a potential purchase or for an insurance renewal, we can help with that. A sound rig is just as important as a watertight hull. Failure of the rigging could cause catastrophic damage to the vessel as well as loss of life to you or your crew.  Replacement of the standing rigging wires and running rigging lines is something that needs to be done every 10-12 years depending on how aggressively you sail. Florida environmental conditions are brutal to a rig.

Deck Hardware and Lifelines

Inspection, repair, replacement and rebedding of any hardware attached to the deck such as travelers, line blocks, hatches, bimini frame and lifeline stanchions. Lifelines are exactly what they sound like, yet seemed to be overlooked until one gives out in a seaway misstep. Our legs aren't getting any younger but we'd like to get a few more sails in before Poseidon takes us to soon. Have us check out these critical life saving devices. we can replace with cable or Dyneema. When was the last time you had your keel bolts torque checked? Manufacturers recommend every 5 years.

Winch and Anchor Windlass Service

These are other devices that don't seem to get the love they deserve. Salt gets into winch bodies just by the salt rich air that surrounds it, slashing with salt water exacerbates the problem. Simply rinsing with fresh water after every sail can ease the issue but not entirely. Too many hiding spots for the salt crystals to start building up and then turning the winch lubrication into a clay like sludge. That's when the real wear, damage and failure occurs. We can disassemble and inspect and rebuild these components, hopefully before it gets to the point of no return.

Electrical and Plumbing Systems

These systems are sometimes thought of as just conveniences but parts of them are critical. Running lights and bilge water systems are two undeniably important systems. We can troubleshoot and repair problems at their root cause and proceed further if needed. Batteries to stereos, fresh water to black water systems, we can repair it.

Sailing Lessons

Are you new to sailing or do you need figuring out the "new to you" boat? We have quite of few years behind the helm and on the deck crew. Our personal sailing lessons are a by the hour on your boat or ours.

Captained and Crewed Boat Deliveries

All members of our team are all USCG Licensed Captains. We can deliver your vessel to the boat yard and back for work or inspection. Bring your new boat to you or deliver it to the new owner. Need us to take it to the Key's for you? Our pleasure. We can do it ourselves or crew for you.
